Hi, I'm trying to protect a worksheet while using the "allow users to
edit ranges" feature. I've selected the ranges I want the other users
to be able to edit, hit ok, and then protected the sheet, however only
one of them work, and although I'm allowing about 20 ranges for users
to edit, there are only 3 that are editable. Does anyone know what I
might have done wrong?
Thanks

If I understand you correctly, you have to unlock the cells you want
editable before you protect the sheet.
Do this:
Unprotect the sheet.
Select all the cells on the sheet by clicking on the little rectangle at the
junction of the column letters and the row numbers.
Click Format - Cells - Protection tab.
Check the Locked box. This puts the sheet back to the default condition
(all cells locked and sheet unprotected).
Select one range that you want editable..
Hold the Ctrl key down and select all the other ranges.
Click Format - Cells - Protection tab.
Uncheck the Locked box.
Protect the sheet.
Done.
