XL has no control over wheter a file gets deleted or not. That is controlled
by the operating system and the network administrator. Check with one of your
networking people to see what they can do to help you.
Talk to your admin and tell them you want a share that only you have write
access to. Everyone else (that you want) can have read access, but they won't
be able to save any changes made to any workbooks in that share.
