Prosearching?

Every time I start IE the URL shows prosearching.com then
goes to my yahoo home page, ran Norton which is up to
date, spybot, and adaware6 with all options checked, is
there a tool or another way to get rid of this? My
firewall is enabled etc and I use Zone Alarm. any help
greatly appreciated.
