Proportional Spaced Font?

I have designed a form on which I can display a timeline. The graph is
stored in the database table as a series of 0's and 1's. So a task starting
in the 4th week and lasting for 6 weeks would look something like 000111111.

In order to "graphically" display a bar graph, I would like to use a
non-proportionally spaced font that, instead of zeros and ones, would be
display boxes, either a white box or black box. Wingdings and Webdings don't
work as they are proportionally spaced.

Does anyone know where I can find a font like that? Also, one other
note...I am using 0's and 1's now, but can change that to anything I want.

Thanks in advance for your help!!

I don't believe any of the standard non-proportional fonts that come with
Windows or Office (such as Courier, Courier New or System) have such a
character in them. There are a number of sites that specialize in fonts,
though: you might use Google (or whatever) to find them, and search for what
you want there. Of course, using a non-standard font would mean that you'd
have to install that font on each user's machine.

No, none of the standard Windows fonts has what I am looking for. I did a
Google search and looked at some sites, but am basically overwhelmed by the
sheer number of different fonts.

I guess what I was hoping for is someone saying "Oh yeah, he wants the
thingamajig font at www..."

Use Lucida Console as font, there are block characters you can use.
