I have an email which I can not open. It seems to be in
Proplus.msi. I have trired to donwload PP but nothing is
working. I also saved to my hard-drive, but it still
won't open. What can I do to open it? thanks, d
 
You may be lucky. .msi files are usually contain
information used to install programs in a network
environment. This might be a failed virus package.
I'd delete it.

If you think the file may contain important information,
contact the sender and ask that be resent in another
format.
