Proplus in Frontpage disappeared

Last year I created a website for my math students. Last
week I was given an additional math class so needed to
update website.
When I tried to create a NEW PAGE, it said I needed
Proplus. THis has never happened before.
Frontpage was installed on my laptop from the school
districts tech person for me. He is no longer there.
What can I do? Somehow the Proplus has disappeared,
perhaps when I was moving files around.
Do I need to go out and buy Frontpage or is there
someplace I can simply update or download this ProPlus so
that I can create new blank pages.
