Property window - VBA Editor

Can not resize Property window in VBA Editor
Have tried: Tool -- Option
Window -- Vertically
View -- Customize
Dragging Up/Dn yes Left/Right No
Nothing works.

Try double-clicking on the Title Bar of the Properties window.
