Does anyone know of a way to set up Outlook so when you 'accidentally' close
it, you will be prompted to confirm? You know the "Do you really want to
close???" type of message. My boss closes his Outlook multiple times a day
and if I could show him how to stop it I would be a hero!

Thanks!

I've done it by putting a draft item in the Outbox or an item set for delayed delivery. Outlook then will give you a prompt that items are still in the Outbox.
