Proofing Tools to Spell Check in Croatian

I have Office 2000 with Word 2000 (in Windows 98). I wish
to spell check in Croatian. I need Microsoft Proofing
Tools for Office 2000. That's what I need. But, Microsoft
doesn't sell it any longer and I can't find it anywhere.
Microsoft only sells Proofing Tools for Office XP. Two
questions: 1) will the Proofing Tools for Office XP work
with Word 2000 (and Windows 98)? or 2) where can I get the
Proofing Tools for Office 2000? Thanks very much.
