proofing tools for czech language

I used to have an option to write either in czech or in english (L shift+alt to choose) on my old Word 2000.
I have a new computer now, with Office 2003 on it, but I can't find the option for czech language.
Do I have to purchase the proofing tools for this new edition? That would seem like a low blow
Anz hints from anyone? Thank you

If you upgraded to Office 2003 Editions, you should also upgrade your
proofing tools to get the latest features and languages available.

Proofing tools designed for previous versions of Office may not work with
Office 2003 Editions or they may have limited functionality. If your
proofing tools don't work, please consult the Microsoft Product Support
Services.

Note If you have Microsoft Office XP with Proofing Tools for Office XP
installed and you upgrade to Office 2003 Editions, your proofing tools will
continue to work. If, however, you install Office 2003 Editions and then
install Proofing Tools for Office XP, your proofing tools will not work in
Office 2003 Editions.
