Prompt to Save

I have a pc with word which does not prompt to save the document when you use
the File, Close option. It does prompt if you use File, Exit however.

Are there settings in the Normal Template which effect this ?

Get rid of any Document_Close event in the ThisDocument module in your
normal template.
