Project References

Project -> Add Reference, then select if it's a .NET assembly, a COM dll or
if it's another project in the same solution. You may need to Browse for it
.. THen just 'Select' it and hit 'OK' when you are done.

You should see the file appear in the reference tree in the Solution
Explorer.
