Progress bar no longer can be seen - why?

Using a Dell Dimension 8400 WinXP system, I upload files often to
http://rapidshare.de/, which has a left-to-right progress bar that
lets you know how much more time until completion of the upload.

However, today while uploading (with the progress bar visible), the
upload stopped, and a server unavailable message came up. After
awhile, uploads could again be done, but since then then upload
progress bar can not be seen.

Would someone please take a look at http://rapidshare.de/, and perhaps
upload a small test file, and observe the progress bar (or lack
thereof)?

I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me what I need to do
in order to once again be able to view that progress bar.

I see no progress bar either, so the problem (if there is one)
is at their end, not yours.
