Programs still won't start

I am still unable to use either Kazaa Lite or Download
Accelerator Plus. I have uninstalled both of them and
tried to install them in safe mode. I ran a virus scan
last week and did not find any. Whenever I try to run
these programs I get the windows message stating there
was an error. Does anyone know why I can't seem to get
these to work ? Please e-mail me at (e-mail address removed).

Tune up your pc and dont try to install them with your 49 background
apps running as recommended in the warning you see.
