Iwant my E-trust to start up and run Realtime at all
times when my computer is on. How do I set it as a
default to start as soon as the computer is booted?

The startup settings are in the program under Options. You can set them
manually or use the Options wizard.

In its own OPtions - Real Time Protection, Enabling page, check the
'Enable real time file monitoring' and OK, it will set itself to start
up in future
