Programs running, don't know their function

Hey,
I'm trying to get a P2 333mhz to run smooth. Ha Ha. It
has Windows 2000 & the processor is running at 70-100
percent at all times because of two files, inetinfo.exe &
winkzam.exe. I can't even find the winkzam.exe in a
search. FYI I did be sure to show hidden files.
Q- What are they & how do I get rid of them if I can.
