I installed XP a few weeks ago and it worked reasonably well. Then every
time i logged on it flashed to my desktop then automatically logged me off.
Made no difference whether i logged on as a user or administrator. It drove
me nuts for nearly a week until i finally found a '98 rescue disk and
managed to completely reinstall XP.

The first installation recognized some of my programs right away and then i
think i did something to get it to recognize the rest. This installation
will not recognize any of my programs. Is there a way to get it to
recognize them en masse? I've got more than 50. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
