I allready posted this but I am posting it again
When I start the computer and all the programs and thins are loaded I go and press on any program to launch it and it does not do anything. I wait for about 5-10 minutes and the program I pressed on to open appears and the rest of the programs are opening normally. Need help on how I can fix this so it’s not happening anymore, because its making me mad

Recently I had a situation similar to yours, where the desktop loaded
but I couldn't access any program until some time had passed. Looked
and found that my AV was trying to update itself at startup. Disabled
this feature and it seems to run smooth. Now it updates at a certain
hour daily, not on every boot up.

You need to perform a clean boot and see which program is causing the
delay. Go to start > run > msconfig
look at the startup tab and disable all items.

Reboot and see if the problem occurs.
If not, enable one or two items at a time until you find the guilty
program.
