Programs files location !?!

I wish to move the default program files directory to a
new location if it is possible. How do I tell windows
this is where the new directory lies if this is possible ?

this is where the new directory lies if this is possible ?

C:\Program Files is the default installation directory for programs and
applications. Moving this folder would require that you Uninstall /
Reinstall all of the software that is installed there.

Also, some program installation routines are hard coded to install to
C:\Programs Files without any input from the user and this could recreate
the C:\Program Files folder.
