Programmes not working in profiles

When loading new software (Epson scanner) the software loads OK and works in
the profile in which it was loaded, but not in others (eg, cant find
supported TWAIN driver, plus functions are missing from programme.)

Been suggested I need to " try enabling the "Load & unload device drive" for
all users in the Windows Security settings." Can anyone advise how to do
this?

Hi Pete,

Try reinstalling the software while logged on as one of the other users.
This is not unusual, especially with older software packages.

Already tried that Rick, now programme does not work in any profile! Prior
to that worked OK in profole it was originally loaded in. The software is
for a scanner purchased new this week, so I am ssuming the software is up to
date.
