Programme shut down

I installed a Focus Route Finder, but every time I want to print the result
of a search of the route, which should include printing both the map and the
detailed route, when I click on the Pinter icon on the toolbar (Route
Finder's) or the Print under File (Route Finder's) I get a notice stating
that the programme has to shut down and a report can be sent to Microsoft.

By now I have sent at least dozen reports to Microsoft, but nothing happens.

In any other situation the Printer works perfectly!

Is this a problem created by the software of the Route Finder or something
else, in which case what?

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the program. Also check
on the web site for the program vendor for help with their program.
