Programme Compatibility Wizard

I am trying to load some software from Mindscape and despite saying on box XP Compatible it does not work. The support team tell me to use Programme Compatibility Wizard. When access the boxes needed to activate wizard appear to be empty... all that happens is if press exit out of programme.... can anyone help?

Thanks read through all the notes, but they still assume that when you access program you can click on the 'next' button... which is empty. The buttons/cells which would activate the program are blanK!!?
