program wont open

I've been having a problem, opening certain window programs, and others. For instance, regedit, and msconfig, from the run command. I see the screen flash, as if it opened, than it dissapears. I have the same problem with programs, such as kazaa. When I open kazaa, it apears on the taskbar, however, when I put my mouse pointer over the icon it disappears.

You could be infected with one of these worms:
