program to "clean" Rewritable CD/DVD

Hello,

Can someone help me with a freeware program that empties DVD/CD's, so i
can use the DVD/CD again?

Most burners I've seen, freeware or not, has an option to clean out
rewritable discs. Burnatonce or CDBurnerXP, for instance.

If the discs are _not_ rewritable then you are out of luck. They are not
designed to be emptied, and it is not likely that anyone will ever find
a way to reuse them. Buy new ones or get a flash-drive.
