does anyone know how to make a progrm run its fastest everytime? (without going to task manager?

everytime i minimize a game and go to task manager and then go back to the game it wont work anymor

please if u have the anwser e-mail me

If the game in question is not actually "windowable", then minimizing it may
actually crash it.
