program quit working?

Hi,

I have XP Pro running on a Dell computer. I installed
a program on it which ran fine for a while but now when
I click on the icon, it just flashes the start screen
for the program for an instant and then quits. What
might be causing this and how do I fix it?

Update your antivirus software and run a full system scan.

Hi,

Have you tried reinstalling the program? Sounds like some part of it is
corrupted.

Was the program a "free trial" ?
