Program options page.

I keep getting prompted to go to the program options page to update a
definition. Where do i find this page?

What program? From where are you getting the prompt?

When I boot up, I am told that they can not find a valid definitions file and
that I need to go to the program options page and click "update definitions"
to ldownload a definitions file.
I have no idea where the program options page is located.

I am also getting this prompt. I don't know where to find the programs
options page either. I have asked several people and they have no idea what I
am talking about. Please help.
 
The alert you are getting sounds like it is coming from an anti-virus or
anti-spyware program and the program wants you to run it and then go to its
own program options page and select update definitions.
