Program not showing on program list

I must admit I have a lot of applications. The problem is not all of it show
on the start->program lists. Is there a second page?

Create some folders and move the entries for similar programs into the
same folder. The startup entries are stored in these locations:

C:\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\Start Menu\Programs
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
 
There should be an arrow on top and bottom
of the Start\Programs that you can scroll from.

Also Right click the taskbar and select Properties,
select the Startmenu tab
Select to show the menu in Classic,
click Customize button,
de-select Use Personalized Menu.

That should show the full menu.
