program not opening

Hello!

I downloaded a emulator s/w, which is a .exe file. This
file doest opens on my computer, giving " not a 16-bit
windows program" error, but opens on other systems with
same OS - Windows XP Professional.

Any suggestions on what can I do. I am using Windows XP
professional service pack 1.

Which emulator is it?

Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Error Reporting -> Choose Programs
-> Do not report errors for these programs:

Acrobat.exe
waol.exe
