Program just disappears from Taskbar but not Tsk Manager??

I'm using a program that uses about 20% of my net and randomly (i think wen
my comp lags, cause of too much memory being used) the programjust
disappears. It still appears in task manager but no where else... alt+tab
does nothing...anyway I can bring it back up?
 
Appears in the Application (TAB) listing ? - If so Right Click the
application and choose "Bring to Front". Then Close TaskMgr.
It helps to actually provide the application name, so anyone that's
familiar with it can respond to your question.
