Sometimes When I am just surfing the net or trying to get on a page every thing just freezes (and I know because i see that my cursor turns into the hour glass) I have to click on exit and then a message will pop up say "program is not responding" and then i have to choose if i want to send and error report or not. I have to start what i was doing all over again and this gets very annoying after a while. Someone please help me.

I have the same problem, but I also have a spy ware screen that keeps poping up saying that I have to buy some type of spywritter program to clean off all of the pop-ups that I have, but I don't want ot have to buy more programs, help me somebody please!!!

Why not download and install these FREE programs? Spybot and AdAware. They
will seek out and remove some of these programs that snuck themselves onto
your PC. To stop popups I installed the FREE Google Bar as it includes a
popup stopper. I always use Google anyway..... These three programs solved
a lot of aggravating problems I used to have.

Hi Rebe,

You probably have malware.

Try downloading, installing and updating the
spyware removers from the links below. Run both of them.

Ad-aware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/

Spybot S&D
http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?lang=en&page=download

If the problem persists:

Download the utility CWshredder:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip

Unzip - close *all* instances of IE & OE, hit the executable and
follow
the prompts.

You can also download Hijack This from here:

http://www.mjc1.com/files/merijn/hijackthis.exe

Go here:
http://mjc1.com/mirror/hjt/

For instructions on how to use it; you have to post the log it
produces so experts tell you what is good and what is malware

If these don't correct the problem, then get yourself a copy of
BHODemon, available at
http://www.definitivesolutions.com/bhodemon.htm .

It does not need installing - simply unzip and run the EXE program. It
is easy to use. It will find the hijackware DLL files, and give you
the ability to disable them.

Hope this helps.

thank you..
