Program in need for admin rights

there is a program that one of my doctors wants to use, however, i think it
requires admin rights to run because when i log into the system it works
fine and i have domain admin rights, when he logs into the system it halts
with errors, how can he use this program without having domain admin
rights, or even local admin rigths...

Try adding his domain account to the local power user group.
