Program in Firewall?

I have ZA Free and in the program list for permissions there is MSBLAST.EXE
that keeps wanting to access the internet!
I have downloaded the latest MS XP Pro updates and updated my anti-virus.
Is this the RPC virus still on my hard drive?
Suggestions? Eliminate?

2. Get and keep updated a good anti-virus program.
