wchich is not freeware but i put it here for example

Marek - EverNote sounds like what you're describing (collecting loose
notes; live searching). Good program.

EverNote is not portable and is a true bloatware, they done this as a
demo for product they want to sell in future

i don't know :/
i just want evernote without this bloat stuff, these guys have
certainly too much spare time on their fingertips

How about good ol' Keynote <http://www.tranglos.com/free/keynote.html>
the development seems to have ceased, but it seems ready enough and
stable as it is. And it isn't bloatware, it's just notes.

Hope you find what you're looking for

Take a look at
http://chesterway.co.uk/software/bitlets.zip

~200 KB, some "rough edges."

yest, but, rough edges is not enough, on my 800x600 it looks like
these:

Email Efile Hi.... u see... well it may be good that this "hide
buttons" is not visible

but where's live searching ?

and when i mean ever note i think about this feature of stacking
multiple notes as "bricks" in one folder here called "bitles"

something better like this is called neomem (www.neomem.org)

that's a good question :)
i used this throught the last year, and i found some quite nagging
bugs in it, this tool was written by a polish programmer but has a big
problem of handling polish letters especially (ñ) in texts with some
formatting, and worse of that is this that u must doing some tricks
over and over like pasting to notepad and back to get rid of this
and the second big nag is this that it does have not a good search
(that is: live search) feature, and last: i really like this "bricks"
of text that i have found in evernote, no other tool share or freeware
has this feature

and by the way...
i just make my install of evernote portable :), and it is storing all
registry settings + my notes in it's home dir with *relative*
patches...
