Does one exist?

Thanks.

Tray Wizard is designed to greatly extend user's convenience while
working in Microsoft Windows products family. It provides a wide range
of abilities in a task bar system area (i.e. system tray) management.

With Tray Wizard you can:

- Launch your favourite applications from tray menu.
- Use fixed order of icons in tray.
- Remove icons that are not in use.
- Show/hide icons using predefined key combination.
- Minimize windows to tray or tray menu rather than task panel.
- Manage session/power state of your computer.

(This seems to have disappeared from the internet except for some
Russian site that I can't recall, but I kept a copy and just now
uploaded it to RapidShare. When you install it, the "tool tip" says
version 4.02 but it is actually 4.03. Here's the direct download
link:)

Is there also a program for arranging the icons in the task bar?

Use right mouse click to minimize windows to system tray, then left
click icon in order you want them to be in task bar.

I seem to recall a utility that did just that one thing a few years
ago, but the name escapes me. Besides, I prefer utilities that are
multi functional.
