when i tried to REPAIR our Quickbooks 2005 by going to windows add/remove
programs i discovered that the program did not show in this program. Other
programs are not showing either but i currently do not require access to
them. I do not know how to get it to show up in the add/remove programs so
that i could repair it & download the update. Any suggestions? I previously
re-installed QuickBooks like you suggested but nothing still. as for
administrator, there are (2) accounts on this computer & both have
administrator privileges. I have checked both accounts & nothing. this sounds
like the problem though, is there any hidden accounts possible? I looked in
the user accounts & only the (2) plus guest. Any other ideas?
