Program does not close except in task manger.

Using XP Pro and SP 2, when I close my Quicken checkbook
program, it looks like it closes but the task manager
(Cont-Alt-Del) shows that it's still running. I can not
access quicken again until I close it in the task
manager. Quicken reinstall does not solve problem, I
assume it's an XP issue. reinstall windows? Thanks.

Why do you assume it's an XP issue. I use quicken with XP Pro, no
problems. It's an issue with your system.
