I like to play Spider solitaire fairly frequently. Yesterday when I went to
turn my computer off and close open programs, it showed on the task bar but
I could not see the program. I had to right click and choose close to get
it to close. Today when trying to open it, I can hear the sound of the cards
being dealt but can't see the program. If I right click and maximize it, I
can see it, but when I click the middle box to change the window size, it
disappears again. I really don't want to play it maximize so would like to
get it back to normal. Any ideas? I do have 2 monitors set up, but it's
not on either one.

Try the following:

Go to Start -> Explore -> select C:\Windows ->Program Files ->System32
Search for the file "Sol"-> (files are sorted in alphabetic order) right
click on the name
and select "Make shortcut" -> to your Desktop. Use this new shortcut as the
default and
discard all previous ones.

The program is running off-screen. Here are a couple of ways to get it
back on-screen:

- Right-click the Taskbar, click "Cascade Windows".

- Press Alt/Spacebar, "M", Down Cursor, and move the mouse around.

I tried that but it didn't help. It is opening somewhere but I can't see
it.

The second one worked! Thank you. I don't know how it wound up off-screen
but that got it back. Thanks again.
