program delete

cannot delete a program that my internet installed on my computer without me
knowning it's no where to be found in the add and remove section it just sits
here on my taskbar please help me get rid of this.
 
one problem bob its not listed on my add and remove programs and 2 are you
saying look up the name of what is stuck on my taskbar?
 
What does it say if you hover the cursor over it?
