I keep getting the message "ThorConnWndClass Program is
not responding" when I try to shut down the computer after
Outlook freezes. It doesn't give a "not responding
message", it just freezes. I then will have to reboot, get
this message, end task and then the computer will shut
down. How can I resolve this?

Possibly an add-in. Have you checked what add-ins you have?

Whos add in is it in that case? I'm not sure where it came from and it
certainly causes big problems

Well, it turns out it's not an add-in, but part of the DLLs that Outlook
shares with Outlook Express. Google the Outlook groups for another thread
that discusses it.
