Progmatically change folder permissions

Does anybody know a way to progmatically change the
permissions of folders within a users mailbox? I have a
user with an extensive email filing structure which
incorporates at least 60 folders, and I need to share
these folders with others users (ie. delegate).

Using Outlook 2002 under Win2K environment.

You can use CDO for this with the ACL.dll COM component. See
