I changed over to outlook so that I could use some of the features that
express does not have. My problem is that I can't figure out how be able to
use the different identity that I had with express. Can it be done with
outlook?

Yes - use Profiles. Use the Help feature for your initial setup and post
back with any anomolies.

After furious head scratching, Laurie asked:

I have the separate profiles set up. With express I could go to file and
then switch identities to go from one to the other. I have that option when
I am viewing the newsgroups but when I am viewing email that option is not
there. Is it true that the only way to switch identities is to close outlook
and open with identity #2?

2nd question. It appears that the incoming email is all going into the one
profile for both users. is there a setting I am missing that separates the
two and will only receive the mail for identity #2 when I switch to that?

Well, yes - but they're profiles, not identities. :-)

Meaning you have the same PST file in both profiles?

Do you have separate POP accounts you're checking? You need them....
