Dear All,

I have changed my username at my PC and I used the Save Configuration wizard
of the MS Office 2003. I have copied all my outlook PST files to the new
location and I opened them successfuly. For the archive folder, I've noticed
that once I force the outlook to make archiving, it opens a new archive
folder and this folders is saved under my old user profile. Is there any
reason or solution for that?

Best regards,

Outlook performs archiving with the folder set in Tools | Options | Other | AutoArchive and also with any other archive targets set for individual folders.

Dear Sue,

Thanks but it seems the folders is still keeping the older settings. Is
there any way to change it for all folders one time? Because normally I make
manual Archiving not automatic one.

The Tools | Options | Other | AutoArchive has a button for "Apply these settings to all folders."
