Hi

Have you got two different PKs, or is the SP2 CD a slipstreamed one from the
SP1 CD?

As long as the PK is OEM and the CD is OEM, then it shouldn't matter.

Because the XP Sp2 Home could be "mis-matched".

You may not be certain if the CD is OEM, VLA or Retail version. The CD key is
specific to the version of the CD. OEM keys for OEM, VLA for Volume licensed
and Retail keys for Retail version.

All one has to do is place the CD in the drive and look at it
with windows explorer. My XPHome reads X1AHOEM_EN.
My XPPro reads WXPOEM_EN. I have slipstreamed SP2
with these disks and they work just fine.

"MAY." Will didn't say "may." And if you look at my first post in
this thread, I mention that OEM key needs OEM media.

But I'll still wait for WILL to explain his FUD.
