Hello friend I need to excel, or word, and I called for a 25-character key
that I have no ..

If you have no product key for your copy of Office you will need to go to a
store and get a copy with a product key. If it came with your computer, it
may well just be a trial copy with no key unless you purchase one.

Hello friend I need to excel, or word, and I called for a 25-character key

1) Go to store/shop that sells computer software.

2) Purchase the Microsoft Office suite that contains the applications
you need.

3) Return home.

4) Insert installation CD in PC's CD drive and follow the on-screen
prompts and instructions to install application and desired additional
features.

For the budget-minded (who also don't need all of Word's or Excel's
specific features), there's the free, open source OpenOffice:
