| number from the yellow sticker marked "Prodruct Key" -
| that's very visiable on my jewel case and they specifally
| tell you where to look. On the jewel case it says " don't
| lose this number! you must use it every time you install
| this software. So be sure to store this case in a safe
| place." I did and I know the difference betwen a Product
| Key number and a PID#. I have tried at least 2 dozen
| tiems to install it. I have checked the numbers VERY
| carefully. I had two other adults check the numbers with
| me before I made this cry for help.

| My old system has crashed and cannot be restored and I
| only want it on one desktop, not a variety. I've never
| shared my CD with anyone and am very frustrated.
