I bought MS Office XP Professional and installed it. All
the programs work except Power Point. I've tried
uninstalling it and then reinstalling it, but every time
I open the program, it asked for my product key. I type
in the number on the sticker that's labled "Product Key",
but I keep getting this message that it's an invaild key.
It's the only key I have, what other "Product Key" is
there? Why won't this program except the same product key
as Word, Excel, and Access?

Thanks,
Little E

Did you purchase the full version or Office XP, or is it an upgrade? If
it's an upgrade, what is the version of Office that you previously had?

I would give it another try, making sure that you are copying it correctly.
If a digit looks like a zero, maybe it's an "O" (oh). Also, I's (eyes) can
look like 1's (ones), etc.

If all efforts fail, I would recommend that you call Microsoft. See:

I've tried several times and I get the same results.
There are no I's or O's in the product key. I'll try MS
Support if they'll help.

I've tried the site that you suggested, but they want
money. How can I get some help with out having to fork
out a bunch of doe? Isn't there a toll free number I can
call?

I think that they ask for your credit card, but then if it is a legitimate
bug or issue they don't end up making any charge to the card. However, how
about calling or going to the store where you bought the software and
telling them that you can't install it? They should replace the product or
help you get the problem resolved.

I am, I bought it from Microsoft Corp. website. But I
haven't found any toll free numbers to call.

Well then when you received a confirmation from them, they probably provided
a way to contact them regarding any problems. Check your records of the
purchase.
