Product Key - what it is?

Hi all,

I have three different XPHome OEM machines
with three different legal coa numbers. One of
them (after I messed with the hardware) is now
asking for the Key ID number, reactivation.
What I need is to know is how to determine the
number that was used on the other two machines
so that I don't give the "asking" machine the
wrong number. Edit the registry, run a program,
what?
