Just received FP2003 as part of the SBS evaluation kit. I
tried to install FP2003 on my laptop which does connect
to my network. When I enter the product key off the cd
cover, I get a message that I have not entered a valid
product key. What's up???

Update: Called Microsoft. Very nice Customer Service rep told me she cannot generate an additional key because I have to get it from the place I got the software. I said "that was you." --- "Oh" Then told I have to go to the site on microsoft web where I ordered the software and click the "contact us" button to report the problem. Supposed to have a reply in 24 hours via e-mail. That has passed of course. Glad I didn't actually pay for the software! So far, the "evaluation software" has failed!!! Oh, yea. It stripped ALL my Office Beta 2 programs out of my computer, too. So now I have nothing to work with.

Gotta love Microsoft...want a valid key for FP2003?

I had same problem with my PF2003 Product Key (it came on a CD jacket printed with FrontPage 2003 but the key is identical to that for the Outlook2003)
Looks like someone goofed in creating the CD cover
It was a MAZE of websites when I tried to find anything that let's me send an email to Microsoft Support. I gave up trying and hope someone else with more wisdom and patience will come up with an answer
Used to know the "trick" CD-Keys for installing other MS software - probably not applicable any longer
Need better quality control in this process
