Product key for Win XP Pro

Is there a way to retieve the Product key for Windows XP
from regedit or elsewhere? I have several machines and
need to match installed software with original CDs and
folders which hold product key

You should be able to use AIDA32 Enterprise from
http://www.aida32.hu/aida32.php to find the Product Key used on each
system.

this will give you the codes you are looking for
 
No that will not give the Product Activation Key the original poster seeks.

That procedure, from which you omitted a step, only reveals the
Product IDs, not the Product Keys.
